CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients of Azy's Nails may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 25 hours before the scheduled start time. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 25 hours before the appointment will result in a fee. When booking you must pay a $20 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your appointment time. No call/no shows will be charged the full price of the service booked. Unless otherwise contacted and discussed in agreement, late fees will be applied as follows: •1min passed booking time is considered late with a 9min grace period. •10mins late, a fee is applied. •15mins-19mins late, extra late fees are applied per min. •20mins late, you’re appointment time is considered no call/no show. By booking an appointment with Azy's Nails, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
